Download this free OSDP diagnostic tool to create an OSDP session log for troubleshooting communication issues between an OSDP access control unit (ACU), and OSDP readers or peripheral devices (PDs). 

The OSDP Trace Tool monitors and records OSDP communication sessions between an ACU and one or more PDs. Each OSDP message is recorded and displayed, both the raw data and a description of the message. This allows users to visualize interactions between the OSDP devices. For users familiar with the OSDP specification.

This tool allows users to identify potential problems before devices are installed in the field, troubleshoot problems between OSDP devices, and identify issues with OSDP products during development.

Pro features are accessible when the software is used with the Cypress OTT-1100 USB to RS-485 converter (in development).
